You can request that TourPro permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it.

Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, you cannot recover your tours, profile, documents, or invite history.

Request Deletion

Open the request form

Go to tourpro.app/account-deletion.

Fill in your details

Enter your full name and the email address associated with your TourPro account.

Add an optional reason

You can include a short reason — this helps us improve TourPro but is not required.

Confirm and submit

Check the confirmation box acknowledging the deletion is permanent, then click Submit Request.

What Happens Next

  1. We confirm the request was received.
  2. Our team verifies you own the account.
  3. We process the deletion within a reasonable time.

Tour Memberships

If you are a member of any active tours, your account removal also removes you from those tours. Tour admins will see you disappear from their team list.

If you are the only Tour Manager on a tour with other members, contact us before requesting deletion so the tour can be transferred to another manager.
