TourPro prices by team size.

All plans include the same core platform:

  • live schedule management
  • travel, hotels, and flights
  • guest lists and approvals
  • day sheets and export packets
  • documents and file sharing
  • roles and permission controls
  • web, mobile, and desktop access

Current Tiers

  • Club: free forever, up to 7 members/admins, no credit card required
  • Theater: $39/month billed annually or $45 month-to-month, up to 25 members/admins
  • Pavilion: $69/month billed annually or $79 month-to-month, up to 50 members/admins
  • World Tour: $139/month billed annually or $169 month-to-month, unlimited members/admins

Important Rule: Members = Admins

TourPro does not use a separate admin seat type.

If a person has access to the tour, they count toward the member limit.

Billing Through Stripe

Paid plans are billed per active tour through Stripe.

  • manage billing from Tour Settings → Billing
  • start free on Club, then upgrade when your team size grows
  • web billing uses embedded Stripe Checkout inside TourPro when a Stripe publishable key is configured
  • update payment details or cancel a paid plan from billing settings
  • if your team grows past the current limit, TourPro will tell you which plan you need next

How to Choose

  • Start on Club if you are getting the first crew into the app.
  • Move to Theater once more departments need access.
  • Use Pavilion for larger touring teams with more moving parts.
  • Use World Tour when you want unlimited access without seat math.
