Use this guide the first time you open TourPro Mobile.
Download and Sign In
- Download TourPro Mobile from the app store for your device.
- Open the app.
- Sign in with your TourPro account, or create an account if you are new.
- Allow notifications when prompted if you want tour updates on your phone.
Join a Tour
If you were invited to a tour:
- Open the invitation link or enter the invite code provided by your tour admin.
- Confirm the tour and inviter look correct.
- Accept the invitation.
After you join, the tour appears in your tour list.
Complete Your Profile
Open Profile and add any requested information:
- profile photo
- name and contact details
- position
- travel profile
- passport details
- emergency contacts
- dietary notes
Your tour admin may request travel profile information before booking flights, hotels, or ground transport.
Turn On Notifications
Notifications help you catch schedule changes and tour messages.
- Open Profile.
- Open notification settings.
- Allow TourPro notifications in your device settings.
If notifications do not arrive, check both TourPro settings and your device notification settings.
