The Activity tab in Tour Settings shows a running log of changes to the tour — who did what, and when.
Where to Find It
Open your tour, click Settings in the sidebar, then choose the Activity tab.
You need the Edit schedule permission to see the Activity tab. Members without it do not see tour history.
What Gets Logged
Activity captures meaningful changes across the tour, such as:
- schedule events created, edited, or deleted
- travel and hotel changes
- guest list approvals and denials
- team members invited, joined, or removed
- permission and role changes
- tour detail and date changes
Each entry shows the actor, the action, the affected item, and a timestamp.
Using It
- Crew handoff — scan recent activity to catch changes made while you were offline.
- Answering “who changed this?” — trace an unexpected edit back to a person and time.
- Audit before a leg — review team and permission changes before a new run.
Activity is a read-only log. It is not a backup and does not let you roll back a change — restore data manually if something was edited or deleted by mistake.
