Daily View

The Daily View is the fastest way to see what matters today.

When you open a tour, start here for the current day and move between dates as needed.

What You Can See

Depending on your permissions, each day may include:

day type and location
schedule events
travel and flights
hotels and lodging
day notes
contacts
guest list details

Tour documents are available from the tour’s Documents screen. The mobile Daily View does not have a day-specific Documents section yet, and date assignments are currently shown on the web Day Dashboard.

Change Days

Use the date controls to move forward or backward through the tour.

If a day looks empty, check that you are on the correct date and that your permissions include the content you expect.

View Routing or Calendar Context

Use the tour navigation to switch from the daily view into broader routing or calendar context when you need to scan multiple days.

Open Tour Documents

Open Documents from the tour navigation to preview or download files shared with the tour. This screen does not assign a document to an individual date.

Notifications and Activity

Use notifications or activity history to review tour updates you may have missed.
