IntegrationsChatGPT Connector

Use TourPro in ChatGPT

TourPro works inside ChatGPT through the same server that powers the Claude connector. You sign in with your own TourPro account, and ChatGPT can only see and change what your role already allows in TourPro. See the full tool reference for everything it can do.

TourPro is in review for the ChatGPT app directory. Until it is listed, add it as a custom connector as described below. Custom connectors need developer mode, which is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans. On Business, Enterprise, and Edu, a workspace admin may need to turn it on first.

The server address is:

https://mcp.tourpro.app/mcp

Connect TourPro

Turn on developer mode

In ChatGPT, open Settings, go to the apps and connectors section, open Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. Menu names change as ChatGPT updates, so look for the developer mode toggle if a label differs.

Create the connector

Choose the option to create a custom MCP connector. Enter the name TourPro, the server address above, and choose OAuth for authentication.

Enter the client ID

Choose the user-defined OAuth client option, enter this client ID, and leave the client secret blank. TourPro uses a public client with PKCE.

Create the connector, click Connect, and sign in with your TourPro account. You only do this once.

Try it

In a new chat, turn on the TourPro connector and ask “Which tours am I on?”

What to expect

  • ChatGPT asks you to confirm actions that change data. Review each one before approving it.
  • Deleting an event, note, tour, document, or any other record always needs your explicit confirmation.
  • ChatGPT keeps a connector’s tool list until you recreate the connector. If new tools do not appear, delete the connector and add it again.
  • Each connected account is limited to a fixed number of requests per minute.

Permissions and privacy

  • ChatGPT uses your TourPro role. If you cannot edit the schedule in TourPro, you cannot edit it through ChatGPT either.
  • TourPro only shares data with ChatGPT when you connect it yourself. Remove the connector from ChatGPT settings to disconnect.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Troubleshooting

Sign-in fails or loops. Delete the connector in ChatGPT and add it again. Make sure the client ID matches exactly and the secret is blank.

ChatGPT says I don’t have permission. Your role on that tour does not allow the change. Ask the tour owner or a tour manager.
