Mobile editing depends on your tour permissions.

If you do not see an action below, your role may be view-only or limited to specific areas.

Create a Tour

  1. Open your tour list.
  2. Select New Tour.
  3. Enter the tour name.
  4. Choose the start and end dates.
  5. Save the tour.
  6. Add the first key dates in schedule onboarding.

For larger setup, continue in Create Your First Tour.

Add or Edit Schedule Items

  1. Open the tour.
  2. Go to the day you want to update.
  3. Add or edit the schedule item.
  4. Confirm the time, title, location, and visibility.
  5. Save.

Use structured travel or hotel workflows for flights, ground transport, and lodging instead of plain schedule notes.

Add Travel, Flights, or Hotels

Use travel and lodging forms when you need:

  • flight number and leg details
  • passenger assignments
  • hotel dates and confirmation numbers
  • rooming or guest context

Invite or Manage Team Members

If you can manage the team:

  1. Open the tour team area.
  2. Add the person.
  3. Choose their role.
  4. Set permissions or group access.
  5. Send the invite.
