Calendar Feeds let you bring outside calendars into TourPro and keep your team’s calendar apps in sync. You can connect a Google account or paste any standard iCal (.ics) subscription URL — Apple Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, etc.
Calendar Sync is feature-flagged. If you do not see the Calendar Sync tab in Tour Settings, the feature is not enabled on your environment.
Where to Find It
Open your tour, then go to Settings → Calendar Sync.
You’ll need the Edit schedule permission to add or change feeds. View schedule is enough to see what is connected.
Add an iCal Subscription URL
Open Calendar Sync settings
Open the tour, click Settings in the sidebar, then choose the Calendar Sync tab.
Paste the subscription URL
Find the iCal Subscription URL card. Paste any https:// link to an .ics feed (for example a Google Calendar shared link, an Outlook publish URL, or any tool that publishes an iCal feed).
Name the source (optional)
Add a short name so you can identify the feed later — for example “Crew Calendar” or “Promoter Holds”.
Save
Click Add. The feed appears in your sources list and starts importing on the next sync run.
Connect a Google Calendar
Start the connection
In the Calendar Sync tab, click the Google connect button. TourPro opens Google’s consent screen in a new window.
Approve access
Sign in with the Google account whose calendars you want to read, then approve the requested scopes.
Choose which calendars to sync
After consent, TourPro lists the calendars on that Google account. Select the ones you want to import and confirm.
Manage Sources
In the sources list you can:
- See each source’s status (Active, Paused, Auth error, Fetch error).
- Pause or resume a source so events stop or start importing without deleting the connection.
- Delete a source — this stops imports and removes events that came from it.
Force a Sync
Click Sync now to run all your sources immediately instead of waiting for the next scheduled run. The recent runs panel shows status and timing for each attempt.
Conflicts
If an imported event collides with something already on your tour, it appears in the Conflicts panel. Open the conflict and pick which version to keep.
TourPro only reads from the calendars you connect. It does not push TourPro events back into Google or your iCal source.
