Flights live inside a tour’s Travel view. Each flight is a structured travel event with one or more legs, passengers from your team, and per-passenger seat / record locator information.
Open the Travel Dashboard
In your tour, click Schedule in the sidebar and switch to the Travel view.
You need the View travel permission to see flights and Edit travel to add or change them.
Add a Flight Manually
Open the Flight modal
Click Add Flight from the Travel dashboard.
Add flight legs
Use the leg form to add each leg of the trip. For each leg, enter:
- Departure and arrival airports
- Departure and arrival times
- Airline and flight number
You can add additional legs for connections.
Add passengers
Switch to the Passengers tab and add team members who are on this flight. Each passenger has its own row for seat and record locator (PNR / confirmation code).
Save
Click Save. The flight appears as a travel event on the departure date.
Import Flights with AI (Faster)
If you have a confirmation email or PDF itinerary, you can drag it in instead of typing — see Import Flights with AI.
Edit a Flight
Click any existing flight on the Travel dashboard or the day timeline. The Flight modal reopens — change legs, passengers, seats, or locators and save.
