Use this page to request deletion of your TourPro account and associated personal data. This option is available even if you have already uninstalled the mobile app.
Profile data (name, email, phone number, avatar).
Tour membership records, role assignments, and personal permissions.
Travel profile data, including passport and emergency contact details.
Personal assignments and references in travel, hotel, guest list, and notification data.
We verify account ownership via the email address on your request.
We process requests in the order received and target completion within 30 days.
We retain only the deletion request audit record needed for legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
If you can still sign in, you can also request deletion from the TourPro mobile app Profile screen.
