Use this guide if you came from the homepage download section and need install help.

Step 1: Download the Installer

From the TourPro homepage downloads section:

• macOS Apple Silicon: Download DMG
• macOS Intel: Download DMG
• Windows x64: Download EXE

Choose the installer that matches your machine.

Step 2: Install

macOS (DMG)

1. Open the .dmg file.
2. Drag TourPro into Applications.
3. Open TourPro from Applications.

Windows (EXE)

1. Open the downloaded .exe installer.
2. Follow the installer prompts.
3. Launch TourPro from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Step 3: First Sign-In

When TourPro opens:

1. Sign in with your TourPro account.
2. Open your assigned tour from Dashboard.
3. If prompted, finish profile onboarding.

If the App Does Not Open

macOS warning about unverified app

1. Open System Settings -> Privacy & Security.
2. Find the blocked TourPro launch message.
3. Select Open Anyway.

Installer blocked by antivirus or company policy

• Ask your IT/admin to allow TourPro installer execution.
• Re-download the installer and retry.

Wrong installer for your system

• Use Apple Silicon build for M1/M2/M3 Macs.
• Use Intel build for older Intel Macs.
• Use Windows x64 build for 64-bit Windows 10/11.
