Use this page when TourPro behavior does not match what you expect.
I cannot see my tour on Dashboard
- Confirm you are signed in with the correct account.
- Refresh once after sign-in finishes.
- Ask a manager/admin to confirm your tour assignment.
I can view data but cannot edit
Most likely permission scope.
Ask for the exact missing permission (examples: can_edit_schedule, can_edit_travel, can_edit_guest_list, document permissions).
Invite link fails
Likely expired or already used.
Ask the inviter to resend a fresh invitation.
Schedule updates seem missing
- Check the selected date.
- Verify whether change belongs in Day View or Travel View.
- Refresh and reopen date from sidebar.
File upload/preview issues
- verify document permissions
- retry with a smaller file
- refresh once and retry upload
Date change warning appears in Settings
TourPro detected existing events outside your new date range.
Review options carefully before finalizing:
- keep events and update dates, or
- delete out-of-range events and update dates.
