Pricing and plans in the help centerOne schedule everyone can see
Everyone gets the same daily view on iOS or Android, with offline viewing and a push notification when plans change. You can also add the schedule’s times to Apple or Google Calendar with a private subscription link.
Mobile daily view in the help centerTravel that is easy to follow
Flights show on your day view only if you are on them, with your seat and confirmation code. Hotels carry the address, dates, and confirmation number.
Travel, hotels, and flights in the help centerA guest list for every show
Bandmates request spots, one person approves, and you export a clean list for the door. Pass types and per-day cutoffs keep it tidy.
Guest list and approvals in the help centerFree tools for the advance
Build a stage plot in the browser and export it as a PNG or PDF, and copy free day sheet, advance sheet, and tour budget templates.
Grow without switching
When you add a tour manager or crew, invite them by email and give each person the access they need with roles and per-person permissions.

Is TourPro really free for bands?
Yes, for up to 5 members per tour, with no credit card and every feature included. Bigger teams pay by team size: Theater is $39/month billed annually for up to 25.
Do we need a tour manager to use it?
No. Anyone in the band can build the schedule, add travel and hotels, and invite the others. If you hire a tour manager later, they take over the same tour.
Is it worth it for a short run?
A weekend of shows still has load-in times, a drive, a hotel, and a guest list. Putting them in one schedule everyone has on their phone takes less time than the texts it replaces.
Which phones does it work on?
TourPro has apps for iOS and Android, a web app, and desktop apps for macOS + Windows.
