Tour management for artist managers
See every artist’s run in one place, know what is confirmed without chasing the tour manager, and keep label, agent, and family guest requests out of your texts.
What TourPro does for a management company
Every artist and every run in one dashboard
Each tour is its own workspace with its own team, permissions, and plan. Open any of them from your dashboard, whether it is a headline run or a weekend of club dates.
Visibility without micromanaging
The Artist Manager role sees the schedule, travel, guest lists, and documents by default. Your tour manager runs the day to day, and you look at the same live data they do instead of last week’s spreadsheet.
Roles and permissions in the help centerKnow what is still open
Advances record what each venue has confirmed, date by date, and events stay marked unconfirmed until someone confirms them. A quick scan shows which shows still need load-in, parking, or deal points.
Advances in the help centerGuest lists that run themselves
Label, agent, press, and family requests come in as requests that someone with approval rights accepts or denies. Pass types, a per-day request cutoff, and a CSV or PDF export for the box office are built in.
Guest list and approvals in the help centerAsk instead of digging
Connect TourPro to Claude or ChatGPT and ask “What still needs confirmation?” or “Who is the hotel contact in Boston?”. The assistant sees only what your role allows.
Use TourPro in Claude in the help centerPricing that fits a roster
Each tour is free for up to 5 people, so a self-managed artist with a small crew can stay on the free plan. Larger tours pay by team size, with no admin seats.

Can I manage several artists in TourPro?
Yes. Each tour is separate, with its own team, permissions, and plan. You can be a member of as many tours as you need and open each one from your dashboard.
Does our tour manager have to change how they work?
TourPro is built around the tour manager’s work: the schedule, travel, hotels, advances, and day sheets. They run the tour as an admin and give you the Artist Manager role, so you see the same live data without editing anything you should not. Tours already in Master Tour can be imported.
What does TourPro cost for a management company?
Every plan includes the full platform; plans differ only by team size and support. Club is free for up to 5 members with no credit card. Theater is $39/month billed annually for up to 25, Pavilion is $69/month for up to 50, and World Tour is $139/month for unlimited members. Plans are billed per tour, and there is no separate admin seat.
Can the artist see the schedule on their phone?
Yes. TourPro has iOS and Android apps with a daily view of the schedule, travel, hotels, and notes. The tour stays viewable offline, on a plane or in a basement venue.
