Guest lists without the texts
Every show’s guest list in one place. Requests come in, the right person approves them, and the door gets a clean list by pass type.
How guest lists work in TourPro
Requests and approvals
Team members request spots for a show. People with approval rights accept or deny them, and editors can add guests directly.
Guest list and approvals in the help centerPass types
Every entry is a Guest, Comp, VIP, or All Access pass. Pass types show on requests and list rows and drive a grouped PDF report with per-type counts.
Cutoffs and late requests
Set a request cutoff per day in the venue’s timezone. Requests after the cutoff are still recorded but flagged Late for approvers.
Exports for the door
Export the current list as CSV or PDF, choosing which fields to include, and export again after late changes.
Permissions that match the job
Editing the list and approving guests are separate permissions, so a promoter or venue coordinator can see the list without changing it.
Roles and permissions in the help centerFrequently asked questions
Can guests request spots themselves?
Requests come from members of the tour, such as band, crew, and management, on behalf of their guests. Approvers then accept or deny each request.
Is the guest list on the free plan?
Yes. Guest lists and approvals are included on every plan, including the free plan for up to 5 members.
What format does the box office get?
A CSV or PDF with the fields you choose, plus a PDF grouped by pass type with counts.
