Tour production management

Advance production specs for every venue, keep crew groups and their documents organized, and get a change to FOH or the stage crew in one push.

Built for the production side of the tour

Production advances

Advance fields cover stage dimensions, PA, monitors, power, and backline alongside load-in, soundcheck, curfew, and the venue production contact. Save your set of fields as a template for the next venue.

Let TourPro read the tech pack

Upload a venue tech pack as a PDF, TXT, or EML, or paste it. TourPro proposes a value for each field with the line from the document that supports it, and tags anything it could not back up as Unverified.

Operations-wide access

The Production Manager role has edit access across operations by default. Every permission can be adjusted per person, so a local crew chief sees only what they need.

Crew groups and targeted updates

Group people as band, crew, FOH, or anything else, then send a push notification to one group, a role, or specific people.

Documents with visibility

Share stage plots, input lists, and riders with the tour, and restrict any file to specific people or groups.

Stage plots in minutes

The free stage plot maker runs in the browser with no account. Drag in mics, DIs, amps, wedges, and risers, label them, and export a PNG or PDF for the venue.

Frequently asked questions

Can TourPro read a venue tech pack?

Yes. Advance autofill reads a PDF, TXT, or EML tech pack, or pasted text, and proposes values with the supporting line from the document. You review and apply what you want. Scanned PDFs have no readable text, so paste the text instead.

How do I keep crew-only information away from the artist?

Use groups and per-person permissions, restrict documents to specific people or groups, and set visibility on individual events.

Does the production manager need a separate admin seat?

Every plan includes the full platform; plans differ only by team size and support. Club is free for up to 5 members with no credit card. Theater is $39/month billed annually for up to 25, Pavilion is $69/month for up to 50, and World Tour is $139/month for unlimited members. Plans are billed per tour, and there is no separate admin seat.
