Your tour, in sync with your calendars
Pull holds and outside calendars into the tour, and put the tour’s times into the calendar app you already check.
How calendar sync works in TourPro
Import Google Calendar
Connect a Google account, choose which calendars to read, and their events import into the tour on a schedule or when you click Sync now.
Calendar feeds in the help centerImport any iCal feed
Paste an https link to an .ics feed, such as a shared Google Calendar, an Outlook publish URL, or a promoter’s holds calendar.
Read only, with conflicts surfaced
TourPro never edits or deletes anything in the source calendar. If an imported event collides with one already on the tour, it goes to a Conflicts panel for you to resolve.
Subscribe from Apple or Google Calendar
Create a private subscription link to the parts of the schedule you can view. It carries event times with generic labels, leaving out titles, locations, and travel details, and you can rotate or revoke it at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Does TourPro change my Google Calendar?
No. Importing only reads from the connected calendar. It never edits or deletes events there.
Can I see the tour in Apple Calendar?
Yes. Create an outbound subscription in TourPro and add the link in Apple Calendar with File, then New Calendar Subscription.
What happens if an imported event clashes with the tour?
It appears in the Conflicts panel, where you pick which version to keep.
