What is advancing a show?
Advancing means confirming everything with the venue and promoter before show day: times, production specs, parking, catering, contacts, and deal points. The free advance sheet template lists the usual fields.
Can TourPro read a venue tech pack?
Yes, from a PDF, TXT, or EML file up to 10 MB, or pasted text. Scanned PDFs contain no readable text, so paste the text instead.
Who can edit advances?
Anyone with the edit schedule permission can create advances, change fields, and fill in values. View schedule is enough to see them and their status.
