Settle the money, share the logistics

Settlement tools are on the TourPro roadmap and not in the product today. TourPro already keeps the deal points you advance with each venue (guarantee, deal terms, deposit) on that date’s advance, so the numbers you need at settlement are one tap away. Advances in TourPro.

Frequently asked questions

What is a show settlement?

Settlement is the accounting at the end of the night where the tour manager and promoter rep reconcile ticket sales, agreed expenses, and the deal terms to work out what the artist is owed, then sign off and arrange payment.

How is a versus deal calculated?

In a versus deal the artist receives the greater of a guarantee or a percentage of an agreed figure, often net receipts after documented show expenses. Calculate both numbers and the artist is paid whichever is higher, minus any deposit already received.

What should a tour manager check at settlement?

Check the ticket count against the manifest, confirm comps, ask for receipts for every expense line, make sure expenses match what was agreed in the contract, and confirm the deposit amount before signing.
