First-Time Flow

  1. Sign in.
  2. Complete profile/onboarding if prompted.
  3. If needed, install the desktop app: Install TourPro Desktop.
  4. Open Dashboard.
  5. Select New Tour.
  6. Finish the 3-step creation wizard.
  7. Run schedule onboarding.
  8. Continue to full schedule management.

Where New Users Usually Get Stuck

  • Unclear date range: finalize dates first, then create.
  • Skipping all onboarding without any configured days: save at least your first few key dates.
  • Missing buttons: usually permission-related.
